Northumbria Police Motorcycle Disorder Questionnaire

Background/Purpose

The Force’s Public Insight Team have designed a brief questionnaire to help capture feedback from service users who have been victim to incident(s) of motorcycle disorder and have received a call back from an officer from the Motorcycle Disorder Taskforce.

We want to collect feedback from the service users to help measure/evaluate the impact of the Motorcycle Disorder Taskforce and our response to motorcycle disorder related incidents.

Questionnaire/Process

The questionnaire is completely voluntary and is anonymous so service users who complete it can’t be identified (unless they choose to do so in their responses).

The form should only take participants around 5 minutes to complete, depending on how much feedback they wish to provide.
