Good Afternoon,

I just wanted to share some positive results the Neighbourhood team have had over the last couple weeks.

Following a report of a non-residential burglary in Amble which occurred on the evening of 17th October, where numerous items were stolen, PCSO Darin Fawcett, sprung into action and through his local knowledge the majority of the stolen property was recovered from a derelict garage and it was reunited with the owner. The investigation is still ongoing to identify those responsible.  

In relation to Vehicle anti-social behaviour, several vehicles have been stopped and drivers spoken to. Three of which were driving with no insurance, so their vehicles have been uplifted and they have been referred into the criminal justice system for driving offences. 

The team have also successfully managed to track down and arrest two wanted people. Both who were charged with offences and remanded in custody.
