A message for all car owners in the area, 1. Secure Your Car Keys: Always keep your car keys secured. Take them with you, even for quick errands. Spare keys should also be stored safely at home, not in or around your car.2. Lock Doors and Close Windows: Lock your car doors and roll up windows, even when parked in your driveway. 3. Activate Your Car Alarm: Use your car’s alarm system. The loud noise deters thieves. Consider additional anti-theft measures like steering wheel locks or window alarms.4. Remove Valuables: Take valuables with you or hide them out of sight in the boot. Loose change, electronics, and personal items should be out of sight.Please make sure to report any suspicious activity using 999 in an emergency.
